How to Apply
To apply for a Commercial Real Estate loan, simply reach out to one of our lenders. From here, our lenders will discuss your business and goals and walk you through the application process. Please be prepared to provide the following:
- Your last three years business tax returns
- A current interim balance sheet with profit and loss
- Two years of projections if you are a startup or your business is less than three years old
- A current personal financial statement and two years of personal tax returns for anyone who owns 20% or more of the business
