Jennifer Ferguson

Hi Everyone, my name is Jennifer. I have a strong passion for helping the clients I work with and finding the right solutions that will benefit them in the long run. I've been in banking for over 20 years, beginning in the branches as a Relationship Banker and working up to a Branch Manager. I found my true calling in 2015 when I joined the mortgage team as a Loan Officer here at United Bank and it's been the perfect fit. Building relationships with my clients is my goal and I always go above and beyond to exceed their expectations. I like to get to know my customers, I want them to be comfortable with me and look to me as a resource instead of just their lender.

Outside of the office, I love spending time with my family and enjoying the changing seasons here in West Michigan. I grew up in the area and I am proud to raise my family in the place I call home.
